摘要
随着教育变革不断深入,教育数字化战略为校外教育赋能课后服务提供了新的动能,“双减”背景下,借助人工智能等新兴技术为课后服务提供支持成为一种必然趋势。充分发挥校外教育的个性化和多元化,结合人工智能的智能化、数字化,能有效促进课后服务的数据化、创新化和现代化。然而,作为服务模式的创新,数字化战略背景下校外教育赋能课后服务必须遵循基本的技术逻辑、价值逻辑和目标逻辑。目前,校外教育借助人工智能赋能课后服务还面临一些限制因素,其中包括观念层面赋能理念不契合、智能层面赋能效果不理想、资源层面赋能缺乏支持、制度层面赋能风险较高。基于以上问题,从理念赋能、智慧赋能、生态赋能和机制赋能四个方面探索了数字化战略背景下校外教育赋能课后服务的有效路径。
With the continuous deepening of educational reform,the digital education strategy has provided new momentum for empowering after-school services in extracurricular education.Against the backdrop of"double reduction"policy,it has become an inevitable trend to use emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence to provide support for after-school services.Fully leveraging the personalization and diversification of extracurricular education,combined with the intelligence and digitization of artificial intelligence,can effectively promote the digitization,innovation,and modernization of after-school services.However,as an innovation in service models,empowering after-school services in the context of digital strategy for extracurricular education must follow the basic logics of technology,value,and goals.At present,the use of artificial intelligence to empower after-school services in extracurricular education still faces some limiting factors,including a mismatch in the concept of empowerment,unsatisfactory results in intelligent empowerment,lack of support in resource empowerment,and high risks in institutional empowerment.Based on the above issues,effective paths for empowering after-school services in extracurricular education against the backdrop of digital strategy have been explored from four aspects:concept empowerment,wisdom empowerment,ecological empowerment,and mechanism empowerment.
