短链脂肪酸对肠道屏障保护作用的研究进展

摘要 肠道屏障是调节和维持机体内环境稳态的重要生理防御机制。短链脂肪酸作为肠道微生物的代谢产物,不仅是肠上皮细胞的主要能量来源,同时在减轻组织炎症和维护肠道屏障功能等方面发挥关键作用。本文旨在阐明短链脂肪酸对肠道四大屏障(机械屏障、微生物屏障、化学屏障和免疫屏障)的保护作用,为肠道损伤相关疾病的治疗提供了新的研究视角。 The intestinal barrier is a crucial physiological defense mechanism that regulates and maintains homeostasis within the organism’s internal environment.Short chain fatty acids,emanating from the metabolism of intestinal microorganisms,not only serve as the primary energy source for intestinal epithelial cells but also play a critical role in alleviating tissue inflammation and sustaining the functionality of the intestinal barrier.This article aims to elucidate the protective effects of short chain fatty acids on the four major barriers of the intestine(mechanical,microbial,chemical,and immune barriers),offering a new research perspective for the treatment of diseases related to intestinal injury.
