饲粮中添加芽孢杆菌对肉鸡生长性能影响的Meta分析

摘要 利用Meta分析研究饲粮中添加芽孢杆菌对肉鸡生长性能的影响,以期为肉鸡生产提供一定的理论和数据参考。检索国内外数据库中2000年到2023年符合分析要求的34篇文献和21292个研究对象。本研究利用Stata软件进行Meta分析,根据统计量(I2)对纳入文献的生长性能数据进行异质性检验,通过Egger检验分析纳入文章的发表偏倚。由于本次分析各项指标均存在显著异质性,随即采用随机效应模型对连续型数据进行分析,并根据芽孢杆菌菌种进行亚组分析,探讨不同芽孢杆菌对肉鸡生长性能的影响效果。结果表明:饲粮中添加芽孢杆菌可显著提高肉鸡1~21日龄平均日增重(ADG)[标准化均数差(SMD)=2.118,95%置信区间(CI):(1.730,2.506)],降低肉鸡料重比(F/G)[SMD=-1.129,95%CI:(1.440,-0.818)];饲粮中添加芽孢杆菌可显著提高肉鸡22~42日龄ADG[SMD=0.657,95%CI:(0.356,0.958)]、22~42日龄平均日采食量(ADFI)[SMD=0.768,95%CI:(0.483,1.054)],降低肉鸡22~42日龄F/G[SMD=-1.231,95%CI:(-1.603,-0.859)];饲粮中添加芽孢杆菌可显著提高肉鸡整体段(1~42日龄)ADG[SMD=2.582,95%CI:(2.147,3.017)]、ADFI[SMD=0.606,95%CI:(0.263,0.948)],降低肉鸡F/G[SMD=-1.841,95%CI:(-2.123,-1.559)];饲粮中添加芽孢杆菌可显著提高肉鸡出栏体重(BW)[SMD=2.301,95%CI:(1.875,2.728)]。亚组分析结果显示,地衣芽孢杆菌和产脂肪酶芽孢杆菌的促生长效果优于枯草芽孢杆菌;地衣芽孢杆菌改善肉鸡F/G的效果优于其他2种芽孢杆菌;芽孢杆菌促进罗斯308肉鸡生长的效果最优。Meta分析表明,芽孢杆菌可改善不同阶段肉鸡的生长性能,芽孢杆菌促进罗斯308肉鸡生长的效果最优;不同芽孢杆菌的促进作用存在差异,地衣芽孢杆菌的促进作用最佳。 Using Meta-analysis to study the effects of adding Bacillus subtilis to the diet on the growth performance of broilers,in order to provide theoretical and data reference for broiler production.Retrieve 34 articles and 21292 research subjects from domesticand foreign databases that meet the analysis requirements from 2000 to 2023.This study used Stata software for Meta-analysis,conducted heterogeneity tests on the growth performance data of the included articles based on statistical statistic(I^(2)),and analyzed publication bias of the included articles through Egger test.The publication bias of the included articles was analyzed through funnel plots and Egger tests.Due to significant heterogeneity in all indicators analyzed in this study,a random effects model was used to analyze the continuous data,and subgroup analysis was conducted based on the Bacillus species to explore the effects of different Bacillus on the growth performance of broilers.Results showed as follows adding Bacillus subtilis to the diet can significantly increase average daily gain(ADG)of broilers from 1 to 21 days of age[standardized mean difference(SMD)=2.118,95%confidence interval(CI):(1.730,2.506)],and reduce feed/gain(F/G)of broilers[SMD=-1.129,95%CI:(1.440,-0.818)];adding Bacillus subtilis to the diet can significantly increaseADG[SMD=0.657,95%CI:(0.356,0.958)]and av-erage daily feed intake(ADFI)[SMD=0.768,95%CI:(0.483,1.054)]in broilers from 22 to 42 days of age,and reduce F/G[SMD=-1.231,95%CI:(-1.603,-0.859)]in broilers;adding Bacillus subtilis to the diet can significantly increase the overall ADG[SMD=2.582,95%CI:(2.147,3.017)]and ADFI[SMD=0.606,95%CI:(0.263,0.948)]of broilers at 1 to 42 days of age,and reduce the F/G[SMD=-1.841,95%CI:(-2.123,-1.559)];adding Bacillus subtilis to the diet could significantly increase the slaughter weight of broilers(42 days of age)[SMD=2.301,95%CI:(1.875,2.728)].The results of sub-group analysis showed that Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus lipase producing bacteria had better growth promoting effects than Bacillus subtilis;the effects of Bacillus licheniformis on improving F/G in broilers is superior to the other two types of Bacillus;Bacillus subtilis has the best effect in promoting the growth of Ross 308.Meta analysis shows that Bacillus can improve the growth performance of broiler chickens at different stages,and Bacillus has the best effect in promoting the growth of Ross 308;there are differences in the promoting effects of different Bacillus strains,with Bacillus licheniformis having the best promoting effect.
