摘要
【目的】通过使用一种苹果着色剂施肥后对苹果品质进行研究,为今后开展苹果品质方面的研究工作提供理论依据和技术支撑。【方法】在相同管理模式下,使用不同剂量、不同次数的同款着色剂(途保红)对阿克苏长富2号苹果进行喷施,分析研究喷施后各处理的苹果单果质量、硬度、可滴定酸含量、着色率、可溶性固形物质量分数及果形指数等。【结果】着色剂对长富2号苹果的单果质量、果形指数、可溶性固形物质量分数均无影响,对果实硬度、可滴定酸有一定影响,药后可以提高果实表皮红绿色度,色相角度值h°最小为0.60,C值为29.49,红色较为饱满,且使用两次1000倍液着色剂后果实表皮红色饱和度效果更佳。【结论】苹果着色剂可以促进苹果着色,提高商品率。
【Objective】By using an apple colorant and applying fertilizer,the quality of apple was studied,which provided theoretical basis and technical support for future research on apple quality.【Methods】Under the same management mode,different doses and different times of the same colorant were used to spray Aksu Changfu 2 apple.The single fruit weight,hardness,titratable acid content,coloring rate,soluble solids content and fruit shape index after treatment were analyzed and studied.【Results】The use of colorants on the apple after the single fruit weight,fruit shape index,soluble solids content had no effect on the fruit hardness,titratable acid had a certain effect,after the drug can improve the red-green degree of fruit skin,the hue angle value h°minimum of the 0.60,the C value of 29.49,the red is more saturated,and the use of two times the 1000 times of liquid red saturation effect was better.【Conclusion】This apple colorant promotes apple coloring and increases the rate of commercialization.
