摘要
蓝莓是近些年来迅速发展起来的重要水果产业,对立地条件、水肥管理要求较高。土壤酶是养分循环和有机物分解转化的关键成分,因与立地条件、土壤养分、呼吸通量和pH值等紧密相关,常将酶活性用作土壤质量的评价指标,而蓝莓根际酶研究鲜见报道,探究蓝莓根际关键酶和有机肥施加对酶活性的影响,对蓝莓园土健康评价有重要意义。从土壤酶与土壤性质和耕作模式等关联性分析,结合酶活性对土壤养分的响应,探究酶活性对蓝莓土壤质量的响应,为蓝莓田间管理与土壤健康评价提供理论参考。
Blueberry is an important fruit industry that has developed rapidly in recent years.It has high requirements for site conditions,water and fertilizer management.Soil enzyme is a key component of nutrient cycling and organic matter decomposition and transformation.Because it is closely related to site conditions,soil nutrients,respiration flux and pH,enzyme activity is often used as an evaluation index of soil quality.However,there are few reports on blueberry rhizosphere enzymes.It is of great significance to explore the effects of key enzymes and organic fertilizers on enzyme activity in blueberry rhizosphere on the health evaluation of blueberry garden soil.The correlation between soil enzymes and soil properties and tillage patterns was analyzed,and the response of enzyme activity to soil nutrients was combined to explore the response of enzyme activity to blueberry soil quality,which provided a theoretical basis for blueberry field management and soil health evaluation.
