摘要
为了研究加工过程中工艺条件对产品品质的影响,采用工艺优化结合辅、主双网络的后加工工艺方法,对167 dtex/35 f黑色涤纶拉伸变形丝(DTY)的加工速度、拉伸比、加工温度、速比、网络条件等进行了探讨。试验结果表明:加工速度选择650 m/min左右,拉伸比选择1.83,第一热箱温度为180℃左右,第二热箱温度为175℃,速比选择在1.85,网络采用可增加集束性的辅、主双网络加工,所生产的DTY品质优良,满足生产和用户需求。
In order to study the impact of process conditions on product quality during the processing,the processing technology method using process optimization and two network processing with auxiliary and main network technology,the processing speed,stretching ratio,processing temperature,speed ratio,and network processing of 167 dtex/35 f black polyester draw textured yarn(DTY)were discussed.The experi⁃mental results show that the processing speed is about 650 m/min,the drawing ratio is 1.83,the temperature of the first hot box is about 180℃,the temperature of the second hot box is 175℃,the speed ratio is 1.85,and the network adopts the auxiliary and main dual network processing which can increase the bunching,the DTY produced is of good quality and meets the needs of production and users.
