基于复合材料U形混杂结构的可调工装设计与开发

摘要 以复合材料U形混杂结构的可调工装为研究对象,从变形模拟、工装设计与制造、制造工艺试验件验证等方面进行设计与开发。通过研究获得一种U形混杂结构的固化变形仿真模型建立及预测方法,得到了控制U形混杂结构变形的主要参数;掌握并验证了一种可调工装的设计理念和使用方法;通过不断的工艺迭代,获得一种稳定的复合材料U形混杂结构件制造工艺控制方法,并验证了零件的变形控制技术,成功制造出符合工程要求的U形混杂结构试验件。 The adjustable tooling for U-shaped hybrid structures of composites is taken as the research ob⁃ject,and the design and development is carried out from the aspects of deformation simulation,tooling de⁃sign and manufacturing,verification of test pieces of manufacturing process.Through the research,a model⁃ing and prediction method of curing deformation of U-shaped hybrid structure is obtained,and the main pa⁃rameters for controlling the deformation of U-shaped hybrid structure are obtained,the design concept and use method of an adjustable tooling are mastered and verified,a stable control method of manufacturing pro⁃cess of composite U-shaped hybrid structure is obtained through continuous process iteration,and the defor⁃mation control technology of the parts is verified,and U-shaped hybrid structure test pieces which meet the engineering requirementsare successfully manufactured.
