链条链板是烘干机负责输送物料的关键部件,其中链条是烘干机运行的传动部分,随着产品需求的提高,链条问题日渐增加,普遍存在轴衬寿命短、加油周期短等六大主要问题。对出现问题进行了逐一分析,并提出从滚轮轴衬材质、结构形式、自动控制三方面出发解决问题的思路,从而提升链条的品质,以适应大幅宽、大产能、高温、高白非织造布生产线的使用需求。

The chain plate is the most important component of the dryer responsible for conveying materials,and the chain is the transmission part of the dryer's operation.With the increasing demand for products,chain problems are increasing,and there are generally six main problems,including short bushing life and short refueling cycle.The problems were analyzed one by one and solutions were proposed from three as⁃pects:roller lining material,structural form,and automatic control,in order to improve the quality of the chain and meet the usage needs of large width,large production capacity,high temperature,and high white nonwoven fabric production lines.
