摘要
为分析黄河上游城市群生态安全的演化特征及影响因素,采用驱动力-压力-状态-影响-响应(driving-pressure-state-impact-response,DPSIR)模型对2010—2021年黄河上游城市群9个城市进行生态安全评估;通过修正引力模型确定城市群内各城市的生态安全空间关联引力并构建网络;借助社会网络分析法揭示城市群生态安全空间网络结构的演变特征。用二次指派程序(quadratic assignment procedure,QAP)从空间关联网络角度探讨影响城市群生态安全的因素。结果表明,在时间上,黄河上游城市群各城市的生态安全水平正在持续提高,且逐渐达到了临界安全水平;在空间关联网络结构上,城市群内各城市生态安全关联紧密性低,但整个网络结构处于相对稳定状态,且朝着复杂的方向发展;兰州市作为核心城市对周边城市产生较大的资源溢出效应,各城市间存在“核心-边缘”特征;黄河上游城市群的生态安全关联网络结构受到地理空间邻近性、科技水平、能源供应以及可持续发展水平差异等因素的影响。该研究可为提升黄河上游城市群关联度以及城市群的生态安全治理提供科学依据和决策参考。
In order to analyze the evolutionary characteristics and influencing factors of ecological security of the city cluster in the upper Yellow River,the driving-pressure-state-impact-response(DPSIR)model was adopted to evaluate the ecological security of nine cities in the upper Yellow River from 2010 to 2021.By modifying the gravity model,the spatial linkage gravity of ecological security of each city in the city cluster was determined and the network was built.The social network analysis was used to reveal the evolution of spatial network structure of ecological security in the city cluster,and the quadratic assignment procedure(QAP)was used to explore the factors affecting the ecological security of the city cluster from the perspective of the spatial linkage network.The results showed that over time,the ecological security level of the cities of the city cluster in the upper Yellow River was continuously improved and gradually reached the critical security level.In the spatial linkage network structure,the ecological security of the cities in the city cluster was characterized by a low degree of closeness,but the whole network structure was in a relatively stable state and developed in the direction of complexity.Lanzhou City,as the core city,produced a large resource spillover effect on the neighbouring cities,and a"core-edge"network structure was found among the cities.The ecological security network structure of the city cluster in the upper Yellow River was affected by factors such as geospatial proximity,scientific and technological level,energy supply,and differences in the level of sustainable development.This study provided a scientific basis and decision-making reference for enhancing the correlation of the city cluster in the upper Yellow River and improving the management of the city cluster′s ecological safety.
