技术封锁对制造业企业技术创新水平的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Technology Blockade on the Technology Innovation Level of Manufacturing Enterprises

以2012-2021年制造业上市企业为研究对象,运用文本挖掘法构建技术封锁度指标,利用双重差分模型和调节效应模型,从企业、政府和市场三个层面分析技术封锁影响企业技术创新的效果和机制,并进行异质性分析。研究结果表明,技术封锁促进企业技术创新;抑制管理者短视、增加政策支持和缓解融资约束具有正向调节作用,且企业技术创新水平的提高可以削弱贸易战对企业的市场封锁效果;扩大企业规模和提高企业数字化程度可更有效促进企业技术创新。

Based on the listed manufacturing enterprises from 2012 to 2021 as the research object,text mining method was used to construct the index of technology blockade degree.The Difference-in-Difference model and the Moderation-Effect model were used to analyze the effect and mechanism between technology blockade and the level of enterprise technology innovation from the perspectives of enterprise,government and market.The heterogeneity analysis was carried out.The research results show that technology blockade promotes enterprise technology innovation.Restraining managerial myopia,increasing policy support and easing financing constraints have a positive moderating effect,and the improvement of enterprises'technology innovation level can weaken the market blockade effect of the trade war on enterprises.Expanding the scale of enterprises and improving the digitalization degree of enterprises can promote enterprise technology innovation more effectively.
