摘要
随着“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,东南亚各国急需大量熟悉中文且具备职业素养的复合型人才。东南亚“中文+职业素养”复合型人才本土培养模式通过教学模式的可操作性建设、教学方案的本土实施、培养联盟的机制构建等,有力提升了国际中文人才的语言能力与职业素养。针对该模式的困境,应从教育理念、教育资源、评价反馈等方面进行完善,以提高人才培养质量。
With the deepening of the Belt and Road Initiative,Southeast Asian countries demand a large number of inter-disciplinary talents who are familiar with Chinese and professionally qualified.Based on this,it is of great importance to research on the local cultivation model of“Chinese+profes-sional competence”inter-disciplinary talents for Southeast Asia.This model effectively enhances the lan-guage skills and professional competence of international Chinese talents through operable teaching modes,local implementation of teaching plans,and the establishment of cultivation alliances.To over-come the difficulties of this model,the quality of talent cultivation is expected to be improved from the perspectives of educational concepts,educational resources,and evaluation feedback.
