欠发达地区公共图书馆与高职院校图书馆合作路径探析——以广元市图书馆为例

Exploring Collaboration Pathways between Public Libraries in Underdeveloped Regions and Higher Vocational College Libraries: Case Study of Guangyuan Library

文章以欠发达地区公共图书馆与高职院校图书馆合作为研究主题,以广元市图书馆与四川信息职业技术学院图书馆合作为例,对合作背景、成效、不足等进行详细解析,提出欠发达地区公共图书馆与高职院校图书馆合作路径:建立健全双方合作组织机构,开展调查研究创新业务合作方式,利用总分馆模式提高合作普惠性,因地制宜加强数字资源共建共享,以互信为基础开展制度建设。

This paper takes the collaboration between public libraries in underdeveloped regions and higher vocational college libraries as the research theme,takes the cooperation between Guangyuan Library and the Library of Sichuan vocational college of Information Technology as an example,analyzes the collaboration′s background,achieved outcomes and existing shortcomings,this paper puts forward the cooperation path between public libraries in underdeveloped areas and libraries of higher vocational college:establishing and improving the cooperative organizations of both parties,conclucting investigation and research on innovative ways of business cooperation,utilizing the main branch library model to improve the cooperative inclusiveness,strengthening the co-construction and sharing of digital resources according to local conditions,and carrying out system construction based on mutual trust.
