数字化时代背景下未成年人阅读推广的应对策略及思考——以四川省达州市图书馆为例

Strategies and Thinking of Juvenile′s Reading Promotion based on the Background of the Digital Era:Case Study of Taking Dazhou Library in Sichuan Province

摘要 以四川省达州市3~17周岁未成年人阅读现状为研究样本,通过问卷调查和统计,从图书阅读率、阅读方式、阅读门类、阅读内容等进行综合分析,发现该区域图书馆存在数字化建设滞后、阅读资源选择少、阅读氛围较淡薄、阅读参与度不高、城乡阅读资源不均衡、阅读培养引导少等问题。为提升未成年人阅读质效,达州市图书馆结合本地实际,从加快图书馆数字化建设,拓宽智慧阅读新空间;多渠道开展阅读引导,打造课外阅读新方式;推行家庭图书馆建设,创建书香阅读新阵地;助力阅读与实践结合,开发研学服务新产品;实施书香乡村工程,打造农村阅读新平台;整合社会资源,凝聚公共文化服务发展新动能六个方面提出了数字化时代未成年人阅读推广的建议及策略,为革命老区和欠发达地区公共图书馆的全民阅读建设探索出新路径。 Taking the reading status of minors aged 3~17 years in Dazhou City,Sichuan Province as the research sample,through questionnaire survey and statistics,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis from the aspects of book reading rate,reading mode,reading category and reading content,and finds that there are some problems in the regional library,such as lagging digital construction,less choice of reading resources,weak reading atmosphere,low reading participation,unbalanced reading resources between urban and rural areas,and less guidance of reading training.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of minors′reading,Dazhou Library,in combination with the local realities,expands the new space for intelligent reading by accelerating the digital construction of library;develops multi-channel reading guidance and creates new ways of extracurricular reading;promotes the construction of family library and creates a new front for shuxiang reading;combines reading and practice,and develops new products for research and learning service;implements the Shuxiang Rural project and creates a new platform for rural reading;integrates social resources and gathers new driving forces for the development of public cultural services in six aspects,have proposed suggestions and strategies based on the promoting reading for minors in the digital era,exploring a new path for the construction of public libraries in revolutionary old areas and underdeveloped areas for national reading.
