摘要
随着循证实践在教育领域的渗透,教师教育逐渐从以往基于个人经验的经验性导向向基于最佳证据的科学性导向转变,更加强调基于最佳证据的教师教育质量评估。玛丽莲·科克伦-史密斯从实践的角度对教师教育的属性问题、有效性问题、知识问题、结果问题进行了深入探讨,提出了教师教育质量评估的三大证据导向,即基于专业属性的教师教育质量证据观、基于教学有效性的教师教育质量证据观以及基于学生学业成就的教师教育质量证据观。
With the penetration of evidence-based practice in the field of education,teacher education gradually changes from the experiential orientation based on personal experience to the scientific orientation based on the best evidence,and more emphasis is placed on the evaluation of teacher education quality based on the best evidence.Marilyn Cochran-Smith makes an in-depth discussion on the attributes,effectiveness,knowledge and outcomes of teacher education from the perspective of practice,and puts forward three evidence directions of teacher education quality evaluation,that is,evidence view of quality based on the professional attributes,evidence view of quality based on the teaching effectiveness and evidence view of quality based on the students?academic performance.
