摘要
传统的教师专业化培训以“专家独白式的讲座”为主,往往停留在感性认识层面,难以上升到对教育教学本质和规律探讨的理性认识。数据驱动的教师专业化培训能从经验回顾走向数据驱动,呈现出明显的数据化、系统化、协作化和生成式特征。数据驱动的教师专业化培训设计框架主要分为培训目标、数据实践、归真认识三个层级。三者有内在紧密的逻辑关系,其中目标层级为实践层级提供指导,实践层级则决定认识层级的发展,而认识层级的价值追求又旨在实现目标层级的设定。推动数据驱动的教师专业化培训,需要实施数据驱动教学策略,推动信息技术与教师培训有机融合;组织教育数字化培训,提升新时代中国教师素养;建立培训学分银行,搭建教师培训与学历教育衔接的“立交桥”。
The traditional teacher professional training primarily focuses on“expert monologue lectures”,which often remains at the perceptual level and struggles to elevate to a rational understanding of the nature and law of education and teaching.Data-driven teacher professional training can move from experiential review to data-driven mode,demonstrating distinct characteristics of datalization,systematization,collaboration,and generation.The design framework of data-driven teacher professional training is mainly divided into three levels:the training objective level,the data practice level,and the knowledge level.These three levels have a close internal logical relationship in which the goal level provides guidance for the practice level,the practice level determines cognitive development at the knowledge level,and value pursuit at the cognitive level aims to achieve goals set at the goal level.In order to promote data-driven teacher professional training,it is necessary to implement strategies for using information technology in teaching and facilitate organic integration between information technology and teacher education.Organizing digital education training will enhance Chinese teachers?quality in this new era and establishing a credit bank for trainings will create a“flyover”connecting teacher trainings with academic education.
