摘要
介绍了商用车一体化奥贝球墨铸铁桥壳铸件的结构及开发目标,详细阐述了该铸件的生产试验过程,最后指出:(1)使用树脂砂车间现有设备、模具,通过铸态试验及热处理试验,可生产出合格的一体化奥贝球墨铸铁桥壳铸件;(2)通过对一体化奥贝球墨铸铁桥壳进行台架试验、路试及用户试验验证,与铸钢桥壳相比,单件桥壳质量降低80 kg,成本降低130元左右,小批量生产废品率低于5%。
The structure and development objectives of an integrated austempering nodular iron axle housing for commercial vehicles were introduced.The production trial process of this casting was elaborated.It concluded that:(1)Utilizing existing equipment and molds in the resin sand workshop,qualified integrated austempering nodular iron axle housing castings could be produced through casting trials and heat treatment tests.(2)Bench tests,road tests,and user trials of the integrated auste-mpering nodular iron axle housing showed that compared to cast steel axle housings,the weight of a single-piece housing was reduced by 80 kg,and costs were lowered by approximately 130 yuan.The scrap rate for small batch production was less than 5%.
