球墨铸铁前盖板铸件壁厚不均问题的工艺改进

摘要 介绍了球墨铸铁前盖板铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了原生产工艺及存在的壁厚不均问题。通过一系列的工艺改进措施:采用壁薄一面朝下、壁厚一面朝上的方法;将铸件全放置在上箱,在横浇道下放置过滤网,采用顶注式浇注系统来减轻由铸件本身结构引起的变形,在一定的浇注温度范围内,设计反变形量,并将打箱时间控制在浇注后8 h吊运打箱,成功解决了铸件变形问题。 Front end cover casting structure and technical requirements were introduced,the former production technology and caused wall thickness non-uniform problem was described in details.By adopting a serious method improving measures of thin side down wards and thick side upwards,putting the whole casting in upper mold,setting filter under the runner bar,adopting top gating to reduce the casting structure itself caused deformation,designing reverse deformation amount,and controlling the transporting-knock-out time in 8 h after pouring,the casting deformation problem was been solved successfully.
