黄金菊多酚的提取及其体外降血脂抗氧化活性的研究

摘要 以黄金菊为原材料,采用超声波辅助法提取多酚,通过单因素和响应面实验优化黄金菊多酚的提取条件,并对其体外降血脂和抗氧化活性进行测定。结果表明,黄金菊多酚最佳提取工艺条件为:超声时间41 min、乙醇体积分数80%、超声温度35℃、液料比43 mL/g,此时黄金菊多酚的提取率为(37.9577±0.012)mg/g;黄金菊多酚抑制胰脂肪酶的IC_(50)为0.4345 mg/mL,降血脂性能较好;黄金菊多酚还具有良好的抗氧化活性,其清除DPPH和ABTS自由基的IC_(50)分别为23.60和19.36μg/mL。 Using ultrasonic assisted method to extract polyphenols from Perennial Chamomile.The extraction conditionswere optimized through single factor and response surface experiments,and its in vitro hypolipidemic and antioxidant activities were also determined.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of polyphenols from Perennial Chamomile were as follows:ultrasonic time 41 min,ethanol volume fraction 80%,ultrasonic temperature 35℃,liquid-solid ratio 43 mL/g,then the extraction rate of polyphenols was(37.9577±0.012) mg/g.The IC_(50) ofpolyphenols from Perennial Chamomile in inhibiting pancreatic lipase was 0.4345 mg/mL,indicating good hypolipidemicperformance.Besides,it also had good antioxidant activities,the IC_(50) of DPPH and ABTS scavenging rates were 23.60 and 19.36 μg/mL,respectively.
