煤焦化挥发性有机物(VOCs)治理技术选择

摘要 煤焦化挥发性有机物(VOCs)是炼焦生产过程中产生的重污染物,对环境和人体健康带来的危害不容忽视,所以煤焦化VOCs治理一直是环保领域研究的重点。介绍了几种常用的VOCs治理技术,包括吸收法、吸附法、氧化法、冷凝蒸馏法和生物法等,分析它们的各种特点及适用范围,提出应用方案的选择建议。 The volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in coal coking are heavy pollutants produced in the process of coking,and the harm to the environment and human health cannot be ignored.Therefore,the management of VOCs in coal coking has always been the focus of research in the field of environmental protection.This paper introduces several commonly used VOCs treatment technologies,including absorption method,adsorption method,oxidation method,condensation distillation method and biological method,analyzes their various characteristics and application scope,and puts forward the selection of application proposals.
