焦化废水生化处理中减少一次水配入量的应用实践

摘要 随着焦化废水生化处理装置的老化,加之焦化废水中的重铬酸盐指数(CODcr)、氨氮、挥发酚含量不稳定,导致生化处理后的出水很难达标用于熄焦,不得不在生化处理过程中加入大量的一次水,通过改进生化处理预处理设备、优化深度处理工段的絮凝剂用量及配比、增加污泥脱出设备等项措施,大幅降低了一次水配入量,确保了出水水质稳定,达到节约用水和降本增效的目的。 With the aging of the biochemical treatment unit of coking wastewater,coupled with the unstable content of bichromate index(CODcr),ammonia nitrogen and volatile phenol in the coking wastewater,it is difficult for the effluent of biochemical treatment to reach the standard for quenching coke,and a large amount of primary water has to be added in the biochemical treatment process.By improving the biochemical treatment and pretreatment equipment,optimizing the dosage and ratio of flocculant in the advanced treatment section,increasing the sludge removal equipment and other measures,the primary water allocation amount is greatly reduced,the effluent quality is stable,and the purpose of saving water and reducing cost and increasing efficiency is achieved.
