摘要
为了强化作业现场管理,进一步夯实安全管理基础,国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司(以下简称“国能神东煤炭集团”)经过深入研究和调研,将岗位标准作业流程与风险预控管理体系相融合,编制了岗位标准作业流程库,建立了流程推广应用平台,并积极推进高风险标准作业流程可视化;同时,建立激励机制、坚持动态完善,有效推进了岗位标准作业流程的应用;进而促进国能神东煤炭集团安全管理水平和生产效率的提高、设备故障率的降低和人才培养周期的加快,达到了上标准岗、干标准活的目的。
In order to strengthen the operation site management and further consolidate the foundation of safety management,China Energy Shendong Coal Group integrates the position standard operating procedures with the risk pre-control management system,compiles the position standard operating procedures library,establishes the process promotion and application platform,actively promotes the visualization of high-risk standard operating procedures,builds incentive mechanisms,adheres to dynamic improvement,and effectively promotes the application of standard operating procedures.China Energy Shendong Coal Group has improved the safety management level and production efficiency,reduced the equipment failure rate,shortened the talent training cycle,and achieved the purpose of standard positions and standard work.
