摘要
目的:为获得优秀男子网球运动员下肢膝关节等速肌力特征。方法:利用Con-trex测试系统对男子网球运动员双侧膝关节进行测试。结果:(1)随着角速度的增加,膝关节屈伸肌峰力矩和相对峰力矩表现出下降,而屈伸比、平均功率和相对平均功率表现出先增大后减小。(2)相同角速度情况下,优势腿膝关节屈伸肌各个指标均表现出大于非优势腿。结论:(1)在慢速运动时屈伸肌群表现出更强的肌纤维利用率和肌肉力量;而双侧膝关节的稳定性和屈伸肌爆发力则在中速运动时最强。(2)优势侧膝关节会表现出更大的肌肉力量,其中两侧屈肌肌肉力量差异较大;优势侧膝关节的稳定性在快速运动时显著强于非优势侧;但两侧膝关节的爆发力和耐力发展较为均衡。
Objective In order to obtain the isokinetic muscle strength characteristics of the knee joints of excellent male tennis players.Method The bilateral knee joints of male tennis players were tested using the Con-trex Test System.Results(1)With the angular velocity increased,the knee flexors and extensors peak torque and relative peak torque showed a decrease.But the flexion-extension ratio,average power and relative average power showed a increase and then a decrease.(2)At the same angular velocity the dominant knee flexors and extensors performed better than the nondominant knee.Conclusions(1)The flexor and extensor muscle groups showed greater muscle fiber utilization and muscle strength at slow speeds,whereas bilateral knee stability and flexor and extensor muscle explosive force were strongest at medium speeds.(2)The dominant knee showed greater muscle strength,and with a greater difference in flexor muscle strength between the two sides.Stability of the dominant knee was significantly stronger than that of the nondominant side during a fast speed.However,the development of explosive force and endurance was more balanced between the bilateral knee.
