体育教师教育信念:内涵诠释、形成机制、影响因素

摘要 体育教育在现代社会中扮演着越来越重要的角色,体育教师在体育教学中的关键不言而喻,而教育信念对其开展教学工作会起到决定性作用。研究通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法及归纳与演法等研究方法,(1)从体育教师教育信念的内涵、结构与特征及功能四方面探究了体育教师教育信念的内涵诠释;(2)从生成过程、要素机制、价值机制、作用机制等四层次论述了体育教师教育信念的形成机制;(3)从社会文化、学校管理制度、教师自身素质以及家庭环境等四大因素分析其对体育教师教育信念的影响。 Physical education plays an increasingly important role in modern society.The key of physical education teachers in physical education is self-evident,and educational beliefs will play a decisive role in their teaching work.Through the methods of literature,logical analysis,induction and performance,this paper first explores the connotation interpretation of physical education teachers ' educational beliefs from four aspects:the connotation,structure,characteristics and function of physical education teachers ' educational beliefs.Secondly,it discusses the formation mechanism of physical education teachers ' educational beliefs from four levels:generation process,factor mechanism,value mechanism and action mechanism.Finally,from the four factors of social culture,school management system,teachers ' own quality and family environment,this paper analyzes its influence on the educational belief of physical education teachers.
