互联网时代体育教师专业学习共同体的优化路径研究

摘要 通过访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法,找出互联网下体育教师专业学习共同体遇到的困境,主要有:体育教师信息素养和学习主动性不高、专业学习共同体内管理的缺位、互联网的信息碎片化与群体代沟差、缺乏专业学习共同体的组织文化。针对互联网时代体育教师专业学习共同体建设困境的分析,提出优化路径:积极提升体育教师群体的信息素养、基于信息化交流机制,推进专业学习共同体的供给侧改革、增设互联网辅导教师角色、构建适合专业学习共同体的组织文化。 Through methods such as interview and logical analysis,the difficulties encountered by the professional learning community of physical education teachers under the Internet are identified,mainly including:low information literacy and learning initiative of physical education teachers,lack of management within the community,fragmented information and generation gap of the Internet,and lack of organizational culture of professional learning communities.In response to the analysis of the difficulties in building a professional learning community for physical education teachers in the Internet era,optimization paths are proposed:actively improving the information literacy of the physical education teacher group,promoting supply side reform of professional learning communities based on information exchange mechanisms,adding the role of internet tutors,and building an organizational culture suitable for professional learning communities.
