摘要
为了分析两种生殖激素促卵泡素(FSH)与孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)诱导绵羊多羔及改善母羊繁殖性能等方面的作用,试验选用巴音布鲁克羊530只、阿勒泰羊158只、多浪羊246只、德国美利奴羊458只,在母羊发情周期的12~13 d,肌肉注射FSH或PMSG,母羊发情后进行输精,30 d后用B超开展妊娠检测,统计产羔情况。结果表明:肌肉注射FSH 150 IU/只后,阿勒泰羊、德国美利奴羊的多羔率超过了50%,巴音布鲁克羊、多浪羊的多羔率超过了30%;巴音布鲁克羊肌注FSH 150 IU/只后,繁殖季节的产羔率、多羔率、双羔率等都显著高于非繁殖季节(P<0.05);巴音布鲁克羊一次肌肉注射FSH 150 IU/只的多羔率显著高于一次肌肉注射PMSG 450 IU/只(P<0.05);巴音布鲁克羊早晚分别注射FSH 100 IU/只(共200 IU/只)的多羔率显著高于一次注射FSH 150 IU/只(P<0.05)。
In order to analyze the effects of reproductive hormones follicle stimulating hormones(FSH)and pregnant mare serum gonadotropins(PMSG)on prolificacy in sheep and the improvement of the reproductive performance of ewes,experiments were conducted using 530 Bayinbrook sheep,158 Altay sheep,246 Duolang sheep,and 458 German Merino sheep.On day 12 to 13 of estrus cycle of ewes,intramuscular injection of FSH or PMSG is administered.The insemination was following the onset of estrus and pregnancy test.The data of lambing status of ewes was collected during lambing.The results showed that the prolific rates of both Altay sheep and German Merino sheep were over 50%,and the prolific rates of both Bayinbrook sheep and Duolang sheep were over 30%by intramuscular injection of FSH 150 IU;the lambing rate,prolific rate,and twin rate of Bayinbrook sheep in non-breeding season were lower than in breeding season with intramuscular injection of FSH 150 IU.The lambing rate,multiple lambing rate and double lambing rate in breeding season were significantly higher than those in non-breeding season after FSH 150 IU/sheep were injected into Bayanbulak sheep(P<0.05).The lambing rate of Bayanbulak sheep with one intramuscular injection of FSH 150 IU/sheep was significantly higher than that of PMSG 450 IU/sheep(P<0.05).The lambing rate of Bayanbulak sheep injected with FSH 100 IU/sheep in the morning and evening(total 200 IU/sheep)was significantly higher than that of FSH 150 IU/sheep injected once(P<0.05).
