新质生产力作为先进的生产力质态,是推动中国式现代化的重要驱动力。作为生产方式创新变革的核心因素,发展新质生产力有助于推动中国式现代化,而中国式现代化也为发展新质生产力提供了方向指引,二者在内核和逻辑基点、价值立场、逻辑旨归上有着深刻的耦合性。以新质生产力赋能中国式现代化,内在的动力要素集中体现在“人”“物”“财”三个方面,通过对高素质、智能化劳动者的培养和运用、数字化和科技化生产工具的创新和使用以及资本的有效控制和良序发展,为中国式现代化注入了新动力。新征程上,以新质生产力赋能中国式现代化,必须把握其基本内涵和特征,通过促进人的全面发展筑牢人口规模巨大的现代化主体力量;坚持全面深化改革以筑牢共同富裕的制度基础;加强文化建设拓宽中国式现代化精神维度;坚持绿色低碳发展实现人与自然和谐共生;实行更加积极主动的开放战略坚持走和平发展道路。

As an advanced productive force,new productivity is an important driving force to promote Chinese-style modernization.As the core factor of the innovation and reform of the mode of production,the development of new quality productivity helps to promote Chinese-style modernization,and Chinese-style modernization also provides direction guidance for the development of new quality productivity.There is a deep coupling between the new quality productivity and the Chinese-style modernization in the core and logical base point,value position and logical purpose.To empower Chinese-style modernization with new quality and productivity,the internal dynamic elements are embodied in three aspects of "people","tools" and "capital".Through the cultivation and application of high-quality and intelligent workers,the innovation and use of digital and technological production tools,as well as the effective control and orderly development of capital,it has injected new impetus into Chinese-style modernization.On the new journey,to empower Chinese-style modernization with new quality productivity,we must grasp its basic connotation and characteristics,and build the main force of huge population modernization by promoting the all-round development of human beings;adhere to the comprehensive deepening reform to build a solid institutional foundation for common prosperity;strengthen cultural construction to broaden the spiritual dimension of Chinese-style modernization;adhere to green low-carbon development to achieve harmonious coexistence between man and nature;the implementation of a more proactive opening-up strategy adheres to the path of peaceful development.
