Global Regional Economic Integration:Critique and Transcendence——An Analysis Based on Marxist "Total Capitalist" Thought

经济全球化遭遇强烈逆流的同时,区域经济一体化却在加速发展,这一看似矛盾的现象反映出经济全球化正处于深刻变革之中。马克思主义“总资本家”思想揭示了资本主义国家行为的内在逻辑,这为研究经济全球化的区域转向提供了独特的理论视角。基于这一分析视角,可以发现发达资本主义国家主导下的区域经济一体化,本质是维护资产阶级利益的工具。随着生产无限性与世界市场有限性矛盾的不断积累,发达资本主义国家纷纷加速推动区域经济一体化,以增强缓和与协调国际矛盾的能力。国家实力对比调整引致重新瓜分利益的争斗,愈发加剧了区域经济一体化的趋势。发达资本主义国家借助区域经济一体化护持资本全球积累体制,使其呈现出规模巨型化、融合深入化以及对抗显性化的时代特征。发达资本主义国家主导下的区域经济一体化,不仅不能消除资本主义全球化内含的各种矛盾,反而可能导致国家竞争升级为区域竞争,进一步激化矛盾。基于此,我们需要准确把握“一带一路”倡议的深层逻辑,以“一带一路”倡议内嵌的平等交往逻辑,变革发达资本主义国家主导下区域经济一体化的运行逻辑,从而超越受到资本逻辑裹挟的区域经济一体化,使之成为推动新型全球化的重要力量。

While economic globalization encounters strong backlash,regional economic integration is accelerating,reflecting a profound transformation within economic globalization.Marxist "total capitalist" thought reveals the inherent logic behind the behavior of capitalist states,providing a unique theoretical perspective for studying the regional shift in economic globalization.Based on this analytical perspective,this paper argues that regional economic integration led by developed capitalist countries essentially serves as a tool to safeguard bourgeois interests.As the contradictions between the infinite nature of production and the finite nature of the world market accumulate,developed capitalist countries are accelerating regional economic integration to enhance their capacity to mitigate and coordinate international conflicts.The adjustment in the balance of national power leads to renewed struggles over the redistribution of interests,further intensifying the trend of regional economic integration.Developed capitalist countries leverage regional economic integration to support the global accumulation system of capital,characterized by gigantism,deep integration,and overt antagonism.Regional economic integration under the leadership of developed capitalist countries not only fails to resolve the inherent contradictions of capitalist globalization but may also escalate national competition to regional competition,exacerbating conflicts.Therefore,it is essential to accurately grasp the deep logic of "the Belt and Road Initiative" and use its embedded logic of equal interaction to transform the operational logic of regional economic integration dominated by developed capitalist countries.This transformation will help transcend regional economic integration driven by capitalist logic and make it an important force for promoting a new type of globalization.
