基于“工匠精神”的“机电设备故障检测与维修”一体化教学探索

摘要 对“工匠精神”如何融入“机电设备故障检测与维修”课程实施的“教、学、做”一体化整个教学过程进行研究,通过对“教、学、做”一体化教学过程的“创设情境、提出任务”“分组合作、任务设计”“审定任务、明确思路”“自主探索、任务实施”“自评互评、过程控制”和“任务展示、总结评价”六个步骤进行分析,深挖“工匠精神”元素,提出一系列将“工匠精神”融入课程各个工作任务的具体方法,丰富教学内容,为“工匠精神”融入“机电设备故障检测与维修”课程教学提供一种可操作的方式。 How to integrate the“craftsman spirit”into the whole teaching process of the“teaching,learning and doing”of“mechanical and electrical equipment fault detection and maintenance”course is studied.By analyzing the six steps of“creating situations,proposing tasks”,“cooperating in groups,designing tasks”,“examining and approving tasks,clarifying ideas”,“independent exploration,task implementation”,“self-evaluation and mutual evaluation,process control”and“task display and summary evaluation”in the integrated teaching process of“teaching,learning and doing”,the elements of“craftsman spirit”can be deeply explored.A series of specific methods to integrate“craftsman spirit”into various tasks of the course are put forward.Enrich the teaching content,and provide an operable way for the integration of“craftsman spirit”into the teaching of“mechanical and electrical equipment fault detection and maintenance”.
