基于互联网云平台脑卒中智能随访模型在脑卒中患者中的应用

Application of intelligent stroke follow-up model based on Internet cloud platform in patients with ischemic stroke

目的:探究基于互联网云平台的脑卒中智能随访模型在缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用。方法:采用便利抽样法选取缺血性脑卒中出院患者60例,随机分为干预组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组患者接受常规随访管理,干预组患者接受基于互联网云平台的脑卒中智能随访模型管理,两组均接受出院后90 d的随访管理。比较两组患者随访率、复发率、患者满意度、生活质量情况。结果:干预组干预90 d时随访率高于对照组,干预组患者满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组患者脑卒中生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分较干预前提高(P<0.05),且干预后30 d、90 d时,干预组患者SS-QOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于互联网云平台的脑卒中智能随访模型可有效提高缺血性脑卒中患者的随访率和满意度,并改善其生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application of intelligent stroke follow-up model based on Internet cloud platform in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:According to convenience sampling method,60 discharged patients with ischemic stroke were enrolled and randomly divided into intervention group(intelligent stroke follow-up model management based on Internet cloud platform)and control group(routine follow-up management),30 cases in each group..All underwent 90 d of follow-up management after discharge.The follow-up rate,recurrence rate,patients satisfaction and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results:After 90 d of intervention,follow-up and patients'satisfaction rates were higher in intervention group than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,scores of Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)in both groups were increased(P<0.05).After 30 d and 90 d of intervention,SS-QOL scores were higher in intervention group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The intelligent stroke follow-up model based on Internet cloud platform can effectively improve follow-up rate,satisfaction and quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke.
