痔疮合并单纯性肛瘘同期手术的可行性分析

Feasibility analysis of simultaneous surgery for hemorrhoids combined with simple anal fistula

目的:探讨痔疮合并单纯性肛瘘同期手术治疗的临床可行性,并分析手术操作注意事项。方法:回顾性分析医院收治的90例痔疮合并单纯性肛瘘患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和实验组,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间,术后随访并记录有效率、术后伤口疼痛及肛门功能评分。结果:两组患者在术中出血、住院天数、肛门功能评分等方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组手术时间高于对照组,对照组VAS评分高于实验组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在遵循个体化治疗的前提下,痔疮合并单纯性肛瘘同期手术治疗是可行的,可以减轻患者经济负担,且并未增加术后复发及肛门狭窄或肛门失禁风险。

Objective:To Summarize the clinical feasibility of simultaneous surgical treatment for hemorrhoids combined with simple anal fistula,and analyze the surgical precautions.Methods:This was a retrospective analysis of 90 patients with hemorrhoids and simple anal fistula admitted to hospital from January 2020 to December 2022.They were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to different treatment methods.The surgical time,intraoperative bleeding,hospitalization time,postoperative follow-up,and effectiveness rate,postoperative wound pain,and anal function score were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in bleeding during operation,days in hospital and score of anal function(P>0.05).the treatment group had a higher surgical time than the control group.the pain VAS score of the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate between the two groups was not significantly different,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Under the premise of following individualized treatment,simultaneous surgical treatment of hemorrhoids combined with simple anal fistula is feasible,which can reduce the patient's economic burden and does not increase the risk of postoperative recurrence,anal stenosis,or anal incontinence.
