营养护理在肝豆状核变性患者中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的:探讨营养护理在肝豆状核变性(WD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取医院收治的140例WD患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组70例患者。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上予以个体化营养护理。比较两组干预前、后肱三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂围、握力、白蛋白、球蛋白、总胆固醇和甘油三酯的差异。结果:观察组患者干预后的握力、总胆固醇、甘油三酯等指标较干预前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而对照组患者肱三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂围、握力、白蛋白、球蛋白、总胆固醇和甘油三酯的干预前、后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患者的握力、总胆固醇、甘油三酯等指标较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化营养护理能够改善WD患者握力、总胆固醇、甘油三酯等营养状况指标。 Objective:To analyze the effects of nutritional nursing in Wilson disease(WD)patients.Methods:140 WD patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=70)and control group(n=70).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given individualized nutritional nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The differences of triceps skin fold thickness,upper arm circumference,grip strength,albumin,globulin,total cholesterol and triglyceride were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:In the observation group,the indexes of grip strength,total cholesterol and triglyceride after intervention were statistically significant increased compared with those before intervention(P<0.05).In the control group,there was no significant difference in triceps skin fold thickness,upper arm circumference,grip strength,albumin,globulin,total cholesterol and triglyceride in before and after intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the indexes of grip strength,total cholesterol and triglyceride in the observation group were statistically significant increased compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nutritional nursing could improve nutritional status,such as grip strength,total cholesterol and triglyceride.
