个性化疼痛护理在肾结石中应用效果及对疼痛程度影响

Application effect of personalized pain care in kidney stones and its impact on pain severity

目的:探讨个性化疼痛护理在肾结石中应用效果及对疼痛程度影响。方法:选取医院收治的72例肾结石患者为对象分为观察组和对照组,每组36例患者。对照组患者进行常规护理干预,观察组患者采取个性化疼痛护理干预。评估两组患者疼痛程度、睡眠质量、负性情绪评分、疼痛因子水平、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果:观察组患者干预后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后前列素E2(PGE2)、缓激肽(BK)、环氧化酶2(COX-2)低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者生活质量(GQOL-74)各项评分、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个性化疼痛护理在肾结石中应用效果良好,能够减轻患者疼痛程度,提高睡眠质量,减轻负性情绪,提高生活质量评分和护理满意度。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of personalized pain care in renal calculi and its impact on pain severity.Method:72 patients with kidney stones admitted to the hospital were selected as the subjects and divided into an observation group and a control group(n=36).The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received personalized pain care intervention.Evaluate the pain level,sleep quality,negative emotion score,pain factor level,quality of life score,and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients.Result:After intervention,the visual analog scale(VAS),Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI),Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of prostaglandin E2(PGE2),bradykinin(BK),and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention in the observation group,the comprehensive evaluation questionnaire for quality of life(GQOL-74)scores and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized pain care has shown good results in the treatment of kidney stones,reducing patients'pain levels,improving sleep quality,lowering negative emotions,reducing pain factor levels,and improving quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction.
