护生自评式联合案例教学在神经内科护理带教中的应用

Nursing student self-assessment model combined with case-based teaching in neurology nursing instruction

目的:探讨护生自评式教学模式联合案例教学在神经内科护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选取在某院神经内科实习的100名实习护生,按随机数表法分为对照组(50例)和研究组(50例),分别予常规教学、护生自评式教学模式联合案例教学法教学;对比两组考试成绩、临床能力及教学满意度。结果:教学4周后,研究组实习护生理论知识成绩、专科技能成绩评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习护生心理素质、护理基础能力、临床管理能力、临床处置能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习护生对教学积极性、教学效果、教学氛围评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经内科实习护生采用护生自评式联合案例教学法教学可提高教学效果,提升护生临床能力与教学满意度。

Objective:Exploring the effectiveness of a self-assessment model for nursing students combined with case-based teaching in neurology nursing instruction.Methods:One hundred intern nurses who were interned in the Department of Neurology in the hospital were selected and divided into a control group(50 cases)and a study group(50 cases)according to the randomized numerical table method,and were given the self-assessment model of nursing students combined with the case study method of teaching.;50 internship nurses were included in the research group and were given the teaching of nursing students'self-assessment mode combined with the case teaching method;the test scores of the two groups were compared,The two groups were compared in terms of examination scores,clinical competence and teaching satisfaction.Results:The theoretical knowledge and specialty skills scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of teaching,the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group in terms of psychological quality,basic nursing competence,clinical management competence,and clinical competence,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the scores of the study group in terms of motivation for teaching,teaching effect,and teaching atmosphere were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neurology intern nurses using nursing student self-assessment model combined with case teaching method teaching can improve the examination results,clinical ability and teaching satisfaction.
