KTH整合式护理在初产妇阴道分娩中的临床应用价值

Clinical application value of KTH integrated nursing in vaginal delivery of primipara

目的:探讨KTH整合式护理在初产妇阴道分娩中的临床应用价值。方法:选择2022年7月-2023年7月在某院产科住院阴道分娩的初产妇193例为研究对象,年龄20~34岁,平均年龄(24.53±5.67)岁,孕周37~42周,平均孕周(39.72±1.64)周。按照入院时间随机分为观察组(96例)和对照组(97例)。观察组实施KTH整合式护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预。对两组初产妇干预前后自我效能评分、不良情绪评分、生活质量评分和护理满意度进行分析比较。结果:护理干预后,两组初产妇结果效能和期望效能评分均显著提高,且观察组结果效能和期望效能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.001);两组初产妇干预后的SAS和SDS评分较干预前均显著降低,且观察组SAS和SDS评分明显低于对照组;社会关系、生理、心理、环境评分均有提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:KTH整合式护理干预,可提高阴道分娩初产妇的自我效能,缓解其焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,显著改善母婴结局。

Objective:To observe the clinical application value of KTH integrated nursing in vaginal delivery of primipara.Methods:The 193 cases of primipara were randomly divided into observation group(96 cases)and control group(97 cases).The observation group received KTH integrated nursing intervention,while the control group received routine nursing intervention.The scores of self-efficacy,bad mood,quality of life and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing intervention,the scores of result effectiveness and expected effectiveness in the two groups were significantly improved,and the scores of result effectiveness and expected effectiveness of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.001);The scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower than before intervention,and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;The scores of social relations,physiology,psychology and environment were all improved,and the scores of the observation group were higher than the scores of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The KTH integrated nursing intervention can improve the self-efficacy of parturients during vaginal delivery,relieving their anxiety,depression and other bad emotions,and it can significantly improve maternal and infant outcomes.
