大数据时代对公立医院传统、分散的档案文件管理模式带来一定的挑战,公立医院档案文件中心是医院层面的档案文件统筹管理机构,将院内各科室、部门办理完毕的、具有保存价值的各种类型和载体的档案文件集中统一收集、整理、保管、开发并提供利用的内设机构,是新时期公立医院高质量发展的创新举措。同时,公立医院档案文件中心的建设也面临档案文件整理、保管难度大等诸多难点。因此,在建设公立医院档案文件中心的过程中应完善制度建设、坚持做好医院档案实体保存,同时加速推进信息化进程,从而深度整合医院档案信息资源,为不同用户提供个性化档案利用服务,进而更好地发挥档案文件的价值属性。

The era of big data has brought certain challenges to the traditional and decentralized management mode of archives and documents in public hospitals.The archives and documents center of public hospitals is the overall man-agement organization of archives and documents at the hospital,which completes the management of all departments in the hospital.The internal organization of centralized and unified collection,sorting,storage,development and provision of archives of various types and carriers with preservation value is an innovative measure for the high-quali-ty development of public hospitals in the new era.At the same time,the construction of public hospital archives and documents center also faces many difficulties,such as the difficulty of archival file sorting and storage.Therefore,in the process of building the public hospital archives and documents center,it is necessary to improve the system con-struction,adhere to the physical preservation of hospital archives,and accelerate the information technology pro-cess,so as to deeply integrate hospital archive information resources,provide one-stop and customized archive uti-lization services for different users,and thus better play the value attribute of archive documents.
