浅谈计算机数字化在企业管理中的运用

Discussion on the Application of Computer Digitization in Enterprise Management

针对传统企业管理方式存在的人力资源投入多、效率低等问题,文章提出计算机数字化管理方式。通过对基础概念的了解,以某企业为例,研究计算机数字化管理策略,设计ASA企业数字化管理系统,明确系统管理目标和实施进度,结合企业数字化管理系统应用现状,剖析存在的问题,提出应对策略,以期提高计算机数字化管理水平,增加企业管理的综合效益,促进企业长远发展。

In response to the problems of excessive human resource investment and low efficiency in traditional enter-prise management methods,this article proposes a computerized digital management methods.By understanding the basic concepts and taking a certain enterprise as an example,this study investigates computer digital management strategies,designs an ASA enterprise digital management system,clarifies system management goals and implemen-tation progress,analyzes existing problems in the application of enterprise digital management systems,and proposes corresponding strategies to improve the level of computer digital management,increase the comprehensive benefits of enterprise management,and promote long-term development of the enterprise.
