摘要
档案保密管理是学校重要的日常工作,须高度重视并不断加强。文章通过德尔菲法邀请专家打分,并结合山西JM学校实践,总结出学校档案保密管理影响因素包含3个维度及12个因素。将学校档案保密管理看作一个复杂系统,运用解释结构模型构建影响因素的多级递阶层次结构,分析因素间的相互关系。得出结论:影响因素归类为“三维度四层次”,揭示因素层级之间的作用机制,提出进一步优化学校档案保密管理工作的“四步流程”和建议。
Archives confidentiality management is an important daily work of the school,which must be given great importance to and constantly strengthened.In this paper,when experts are invited to score through Delphi method and combined with the practice of Shanxi JM school,the paper concludes that the influencing factors of school file confidentiality management are 3 dimensions and 12 factors.Considering the confidentiality management of school archives as a complex system,A multi-level hierarchical structure of influencing factors was constructed using ISM,and the interrelationships between factors were analyzed.The conclusion is that the influencing factors are classified as"three-dimensional and four levels",revealing the mechanism of action between the factor levels,and proposing a"four-step process"and suggestions for further optimizing the confidentiality management of school archives.
