摘要
从电容器合闸涌流抑制与谐波治理两个维度相结合,介绍了高压补偿装置为适应使用环境变化、在容量调整过程中避免出现谐波导致电容器损坏的计算方法。以矿热炉高压补偿为例,对补偿容量提出合理化设计思路,以确保装置在实际工业环境中的运行安全。
This article combines the two dimensions of capacitor closing inrush current suppression and harmonic control,and introduces the calculation method of high-voltage compensation devices to adapt to changes in the usage environment and avoid harmonic damage to capacitors during capacity adjustment.Taking the high-voltage compensation of the submerged arc furnace as an example,a reasonable design concept is proposed for the compensation capacity to ensure the safe operation of the device in actual industrial environment.
