矿热炉铜瓦焊接技术研究

摘要 矿热炉是铁合金行业的主要设备,而铜瓦又是矿热炉的关键部件,其自身质量和焊接安装质量直接关系到矿热炉的正常运行和电耗指标。铜及铜合金的焊接工艺和方法也有很多种,本文通过探讨、研究矿热炉铜瓦的焊接方法和技术,寻求适合于矿热炉实际工况的铜瓦焊接维修方法和工艺,确保矿热炉铜瓦焊接维修作业能够高效、便捷、可靠。 Submerged arc furnace is the main equipment in ferroalloy industry,and copper tile is the key component of submerged arc furnace.Its own quality and welding installation quality are directly related to the normal operation and power consumption index of submerged arc furnace.There are also many kinds of welding processes and methods for copper and copper alloys.This paper discusses and studies the welding methods and technologies for the copper tiles of the submerged arc furnace,and seeks the welding and maintenance methods and processes suitable for the actual working conditions of the submerged arc furnace,so as to ensure that the welding and maintenance of the copper tiles of the submerged arc furnace can be efficient,convenient and reliable.
