Submerged arc furnace is the main equipment in ferroalloy industry,and copper tile is the key component of submerged arc furnace.Its own quality and welding installation quality are directly related to the normal operation and power consumption index of submerged arc furnace.There are also many kinds of welding processes and methods for copper and copper alloys.This paper discusses and studies the welding methods and technologies for the copper tiles of the submerged arc furnace,and seeks the welding and maintenance methods and processes suitable for the actual working conditions of the submerged arc furnace,so as to ensure that the welding and maintenance of the copper tiles of the submerged arc furnace can be efficient,convenient and reliable.
