国外孤独症儿童功能性沟通训练研究进展

摘要 功能性沟通训练是一种能有效促进孤独症儿童适当沟通反应、降低问题行为发生率的干预方法。对2014—2023年国外运用该方法干预孤独症儿童问题行为的实证研究进行梳理、分析与总结,能为我国开展相关实践研究提供启示。未来应重视开展功能性沟通训练实证研究验证干预有效性,重视对干预人员的培训,为孤独症儿童的庞大需求提供及时、有效的干预服务。 Functional communication training is an effective intervention method to promote appropriate communication responses and reduce the incidence of problem behaviors in autistic children.This paper makes a systematic review of overseas studies on the application of functional communication training in the interventions for children with autism from 2014 to 2023,analyzes and summarizes to provide reference for the related practical research in the future in China.In the future,it should pay more attention to the empirical research of functional communication training to verify the effectiveness of intervention,and to the training of intervention personnel,so as to provide timely and effective intervention services for the huge needs of autistic children.
