Robot-assisted cardiac surgery:dilemma and development trends

以“达芬奇”机器人手术系统为代表的机器人辅助手术在中国已有近二十年的应用历史。心脏外科是国内第一个应用机器人辅助手术的领域,但受到包括心血管微创技术发展、心脏手术特点、医疗费用昂贵、国外手术机器人技术垄断等多重因素的影响,机器人辅助手术在心脏外科中的普及和应用与其他学科相比相差甚远。本研究旨在分析机器人辅助心脏手术的应用现状,并简要讨论国内心脏手术中机器人辅助手术遇到的具体问题及未来的发展方向。

Robot-assisted surgery,represented by the Da Vinci robotic surgical system,has been applied in China for nearly 20 years.Cardiac surgery was the first filed using robot-assisted surgery in China.However,its popularization and application is far from other disciplines due to multiple factors,including the development of minimally invasive cardiovascular technologies,the characteristics of cardiac surgery,the high cost of medical care,and the monopoly of foreign surgical robot technology.This paper aims to analyze the current status of robot-assisted cardiac surgery,briefly discuss the specific problems encountered in robot-assisted cardiac surgery and its development trends in China.
