Traceability and Review of the Method of Resolving Phlegm and Activating Blood Circulation in Heart Disease

痰瘀互结是冠心病发病的主要病机之一,化痰活血法是临床治疗冠心病的重要方法之一,相应的基础研究亦被证实化痰活血法可以通过多途径、多靶点干预冠心病的发生发展全过程。文章从历史角度对化痰活血法的形成及发展予以重新认识,并对其临床应用及基础研究作出客观评价,试为中医药治疗冠心病探索更多的理论依据及思路方法。

Phlegm stasis is one of the main pathogenesis of coronary heart disease,and the method of resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation is one of the important Methods for clinical treatment of coronary heart disease.Corresponding basic research has also confirmed that the method of resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation can intervene in the entire process of the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease through multiple pathways and targets.This article re examines the formation and development of the method of promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm from a historical perspective,and objectively evaluates its clinical application and basic research,aiming to explore more theoretical basis and methods for the treatment of coronary heart disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
