优质营养护理干预对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者生活质量的影响

Impact of high-quality nutritional nursing intervention on quality of life in stroke patients with dysphagia

目的探讨优质营养护理干预对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者生活质量的影响。方法将90例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者纳入研究。脑卒中吞咽障碍患者依据洼田饮水试验、吞咽困难程度评分进行评价。按照简单数字原则分为两组,对照组45例,观察组45例。对照组接受常规营养护理干预,观察组则在常规护理基础上结合优质营养护理干预,评价不同护理措施实施后对患者的影响。结果观察组干预后的营养指标水平、吞咽功能以及生活质量水平优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质营养护理干预应用于脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中,可有效改善患者营养状况、生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nutritional nursing intervention on the quality of life in stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods A total of 90 stroke patients with dysphagia were included in this study.The patients were evaluated based on the Kubota Water Swallowing Test and the degree of dysphagia score.According to the simple numerical principle,they were divided into two groups:a control group(n=45)and an observation group(n=45).The control group received routine nutritional nursing intervention,while the observation group received high-quality nutritional nursing intervention in addition to routine care.The impact of different nursing measures on patients after implementation was evaluated.Results After intervention,the nutritional indicators,swallowing function,and quality of life levels in the observation group were superior to those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nutritional nursing intervention in stroke patients with dysphagia can effectively improve their nutritional status and quality of life.
