摘要
应用因子分析方法,从经济效益高、资源耗费少、环境污染小等维度构建了一个传统工业绿色转型的行业选择测度框架。通过对工业四位码细分行业的数据分析证明,传统工业绿色转型宜选择发展经济生态资源环境综合效益好的行业。现有产业资源耗费与污染排放对于利税的变动大多是富有弹性的,通过对工业细分行业的优化选择或结构调整可带来巨大的经济生态环境综合效益,推动传统工业绿色转型,实现高质量发展。
Applying the factor analysis method,an industry selection measurement framework for the green transformation of traditional industries was constructed from the dimensions of high economic efficiency,low resource consumption and low environmental pollution.It is proved through the data analysis of industrial four-digit code subdivision industries that it is appropriate to choose industries with good comprehensive benefits of developing economy,ecology,resources and environment for the green transformation of traditional industries.The resource consumption and pollution emission of existing industries are mostly elastic to the change of profits and taxes,and the optimal selection or restructuring of industrial segments can bring great comprehensive economic,ecological and environmental benefits,promote the green transformation of traditional industries,and achieve high-quality development.
