在摩尔定律不断走向极限的背景下,集成电路的技术更迭和设计制造的高质量发展,是社会实现现代化的关键保障。世界范围内的技术争夺愈演愈烈,能否掌握集成电路产业链先进技术,已关乎国家科技与产业竞争力地位。创新金融支持模式,是推动经济转型、产业升级的重要手段,是新兴产业技术革新、健康平稳发展的关键要素。集成电路的快速发展离不开创新金融服务,高效的金融支持才能保障科技产业发展平稳推进。梳理了中国集成电路产业发展现状,分析了目前金融支持集成电路产业的模式和问题,提出了未来创新金融服务的建议,加快集成电路实现高质量发展。

Against the backdrop of Moore's Law moving towards its limits,the technological iteration of integrated circuits(ICs)and the high-quality development of their design and manufacturing are the key guarantees for the realisation of modernisation of the society.The worldwide technological competition is intensifying,and whether we can master the advanced technology of integrated circuit industry chain has been related to the status of national science and technology and industrial competitiveness.Innovative financial support model is an important means to promote economic transformation and industrial upgrading,and is a key element for technological innovation,healthy and smooth development of emerging industries.The rapid development of IC cannot be separated from innovative financial services,and efficient financial support can guarantee the smooth advancement of science and technology industry development.The current development status of China's IC industry is sorted out,the current mode and problems of financial support for the IC industry are analysed,and suggestions for innovative financial services in the future are put forward to accelerate the achievement of high-quality development of integrated circuits.
