With the digital wave sweeping,the traditional model of manufacturing enterprises has been unable to meet the increasing new needs,and the implementation of digital transformation to achieve new development of enterprises has become an important issue for enterprises to participate in the global market competition.Therefore,this paper discusses the digital transformation of S enterprise,a leading enterprise in the construction machinery industry,hoping to provide reference for other manufacturing enterprises.
