摘要
随着自喷井时代的结束,人工举升成为海上油田采油的主要方式,为了给井下机组供电,潜油电缆成为油井不可或缺的一部分,从收放机的三大系统组成:机械结构、液压系统、电路系统入手,针对目前常规收放机存在的七项技术难题,对产品防腐、连轴效率、驱动部件进行优化,提高了钢丝动力电缆专用收放机的可靠性与在各大海洋平台上作业的适配性,为日后相关产品的设计开发贡献了新的思路。
With the end of the era of self-injecting wells,artificial lifting has become the main way of oil extraction in offshore oilfields,and in order to supply power to the downhole unit,the submerged oil cable has become an indispensable part of the oil wells.Starting from the three major system compositions of the retractor:mechanical structure,hydraulic system,and electric circuit system,and aiming at the seven technological difficulties existing in the current conventional retractor,the anti-corrosion of the product,the efficiency of the connecting axle,and the drive components are optimized,and the The optimisation of anti-corrosion,connecting shaft efficiency and driving components has improved the reliability of the steel wire power cable retractor and its suitability for operation on major offshore platforms,which contributes to new ideas for the design and development of related products in the future.
