低碳背景下制造企业经济管理创新发展路径探索

摘要 随着环境保护法规加强与公众环保意识提高,制造业被迫转向更环保、低碳的生产方式。为解决低碳背景下制造企业在经济管理方面面临的挑战,研究识别了低碳背景下制造企业发展存在困境,探讨了制造业企业在低碳转型过程中采取的策略,包括产业布局优化、供应链绿色整合、宏观调控下的产能优化、通过智能制造技术创新提升自主创新能力等方面实践。结果表明,尽管面临产业密集、供应链整合困难、资源配置效率低下及技术创新能力不足等多方面挑战,但通过经济管理创新措施,制造业企业能在低碳经济下实现更加高效、绿色、可持续发展。研究发现可为制造企业提供了低碳转型的可行路径。 With the strengthening of environmental protection regulations and the increase of public awareness of environmental protection,the manufacturing industry has been forced to shift to more environmentally friendly and low-carbon production methods.In order to solve the challenges faced by manufacturing enterprises in economic management under the low-carbon background,the study identifies the dilemmas in the development of manufacturing enterprises under the low-carbon background,and discusses the strategies adopted by manufacturing enterprises in the process of low-carbon transformation,including the optimisation of industrial layout,green integration of the supply chain,optimisation of production capacity under macroeconomic control,and enhancement of the independent innovation capability through intelligent manufacturing technological innovation and other aspects of practice.The results show that manufacturing enterprises can achieve more efficient,green and sustainable development in a low-carbon economy through economic management innovation measures,despite the challenges of industrial intensity,difficulties in supply chain integration,inefficient resource allocation and insufficient technological innovation capacity.The findings of the study can provide a feasible path for manufacturing enterprises in low-carbon transformation.
