政府创新采购对制造业企业绿色技术创新的影响研究

Impact of Government Innovation Procurement on Green Technology Innovation of Manufacturing Enterprises

利用Python技术获取中国政府采购网上2015—2021年58万余条针对制造业企业的有效合同数据,采用负二项回归模型实证检验了政府创新采购对制造业企业绿色技术创新的激励作用。实证结果发现,政府创新采购对制造业企业绿色技术创新有显著促进作用,其作用机制为缓解企业的融资约束程度。有助于为政府部门精准施策提供经验依据,进而实现工业企业绿色可持续发展。

This paper utilizes Python technology to obtain over 580,000 valid contract data targeting manufacturing enterprises on the China Government Procurement Network from 2015 to 2021.It empirically tests the incentive effect of government innovative procurement on green technological innovation in manufacturing enterprises using a negative binomial regression model.The empirical results show that government innovative procurement significantly promotes green technological innovation in manufacturing enterprises,and its mechanism is to alleviate the degree of corporate financing constraints.The conclusion of this paper is helpful for government departments to provide empirical evidence for precise policy implementation,thereby achieving green and sustainable development of industrial enterprises.
