摘要
探讨了数字化转型环境下的制造业成本管理问题,分析了数字化转型对制造业成本管理的影响和挑战,提出了相应的建议。通过此次研究,希望能够为制造业企业在数字化转型过程中优化成本管理、提高竞争力和实现可持续发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。
The issue of manufacturing cost management under the environment of digital transformation is discussed,the impact and challenges of digital transformation on manufacturing cost management are analysed,and corresponding suggestions are put forward.Through this study,it is hoped that it can provide certain reference and reference for manufacturing enterprises to optimise cost management,improve competitiveness and achieve sustainable development in the process of digital transformation.
